i love all of the pictures. i am feeling the shock with you about the many hours and many days of learning russian. you can do it though, you are a smart cookie. i know that it seems overwhelming right now. maybe you can have little milestone parties for yourself to make it more exciting and pleasant.
Lord, please bless mike, lucy, and canaan. Father, they love you so much and have left so much behind to fight for you. God, please help them to not get lost in things of this world languages, foods, and etc. but help them to see you clearly and remember the path that you have set before them. Father for your glory and praise bless your servants.

wow, what cool pictures! I can't wait to come and visit. And wow, that's a lot of Russian language, ha! I'll be praying for you guys as you begin learning! Love and miss you guys :)
i went through similar things with having a baby in fiji, except that we actually HAD her there, but you just feel cumbersome, a way you didn't feel when it was just adults wandering around, conspicuous even, but you'll make it through and in a few months canaan will want to walk next to you instead of be in that stroller. . .a whole new adventure. canaan has been tagged by alani.. . . i love keeping up to date and all the new pix. we love you guys!
